Spend the night before your wedding in the luxurious Carriage House and get an early start on preparations for your big day. The house sleeps four, with two king size beds, two large bathrooms and open concept kitchen, living room and dining room.

In the spacious Carriage House you and your attendants have plenty of room to get ready and celebrate together. The house has all the amenities needed for your big day: full-length mirrors, garment steamer, ironing board, comfy sofas to curl up on in front of the fireplace and a space to nosh and enjoy a mimosa. The wrap around porch overlooks the small lake-side, ceremony site so you can oversee setup while you get ready.
In addition to your flower girl you’ll have flower donkeys. They are the sweetest critters you’ll ever meet. The donkeys get gussied up in flower crowns and wait at the paddock gate to greet wedding guests. They love people.

Guests love petting and taking selfies with the donkeys. You’ll have a carrot feeding station so your guests can give the girls treats. But, the girls like being loved on almost as much as carrots.
The renovated Airstream makes the perfect hang-out space for the wedding party as they wait for their moment to walk down the aisle. The large deck off of the Airstream has one of the best views on the property.

With Bart, our gentle Clydesdale, you will arrive in style to your wedding. He will pick you up at the front door of the Carriage House. Then, in full view of your guests, he will take you around the charming pathway to the wedding site. After the wedding, Bart will be available to you and your guests for pictures. He thoroughly enjoys weddings and all the attention he gets.
The three-story Blackberry House is a short drive or walk through the forest from the wedding venue. The house sleeps up to 14 and is perfect for friends, family and for the groomsmen’s get-ready day. The house is roomy and comfortable with a wrap-around porch with swings, a grill, fire pit and basement game room with a fireplace and foosball table.
