Pippa Seichrist is the Owner and Founder of Satolah Creek Farm, a historic 120-year-old estate thoughtfully restored into a premier wedding venue, creative retreat center, and farm stay. Situated in Rabun County, Georgia, adjacent to Clayton and just miles from Highlands, North Carolina, the farm offers an authentic Blue Ridge Mountain setting for multi-day gatherings. With over three decades of distinguished leadership spanning creative direction, global advertising, higher education, and experiential hospitality, Pippa leads the farm's overarching vision and operations. Her multi-faceted background in design, visual arts, and brand storytelling directly shapes every guest experience, seamlessly blending high-touch hospitality, traditional folk art, animal interactions, and nature-centric living.
Prior to founding Satolah Creek Farm, Pippa built an internationally recognized career in the creative industries. She served as an art director, creative director, and advertising agency owner, leading impactful visual campaigns for major global brands. Among her most prominent accomplishments was co-founding Miami Ad School, an internationally acclaimed creative education network with campuses located across multiple countries. Throughout her tenure in executive leadership, Pippa mentored thousands of aspiring art directors, copywriters, and designers, establishing innovative curricula centered on experiential learning and creative problem-solving. Today, she translates that rich expertise in spatial design, storytelling, and event curation into hosting bespoke weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, and hands-on artistic workshops on her historic Georgia property.

After earning her foundational academic degrees, she entered the competitive world of commercial advertising, holding senior executive roles as a creative director and managing her own advertising agency. Driven by a desire to innovate creative education, Pippa co-founded Miami Ad School, growing it into a globally recognized institution renowned for bridging the gap between student portfolios and top-tier creative agency demands.
Her work in expanding international campuses provided her with deep cross-cultural insights and extensive knowledge in managing large-scale operations and high-touch student experiences. Transitioning into destination hospitality, Pippa channeled her passion for regional preservation and fine craft into the restoration of Satolah Creek Farm. In addition to managing venue operations, Pippa remains an active folk artist. Through her creative venture, Dog Face Pottery, she creates custom face jugs inspired by dogs, celebrating classic Appalachian folk art while offering personalized, heirloom-quality pieces to collectors and farm guests alike.
